We are pleased to inform you that Rothgordt & Cie. acted as Sell-Side Advisor to SELLNER Group under administration of Dr. Beck & Partner GbR on the successful selling of STRÄHLE + HESS. STRÄHLE + HESS is a leading supplier of highly specialized technical textiles for a variety of niche applications in the automotive industry. The Company serves a broad base of automotive OEM customers, with a strong focus on premium manufacturers, as well as most of the large Tier-1 interior suppliers. STRÄHLE + HESS operates in two distinct businesses with a turnover of appr. € 20m and production facilities in Germany and the US. Business unit “Textile surfaces” contains interior surface specialties including piping e.g. for seat covers, edge protection tapes for door and sunroof. Business unit “Textile solutions” comprises a diverse range of specific textile tapes and hoses for elimination of noise.
