We are pleased to inform you that Rothgordt & Cie. acted as Commercial Advisor to Thermocoax, a portfolio company of Chequers Capital, on the acquisition of the Specialty Heaters business of Tyco International Ltd. Tyco Specialty Heaters (TSH), trading primarily under the well-known Isopad brand name, is a German based market leader in the engineering, design, manufacture and supply of specialty electrical heating products and solutions. Key product categories are drum heaters, metal panels, flexible panels, jackets, hoses, tapes and cables, many of them customized according to individual customer needs. TSH products and solutions are used in a wide variety of industries including Machinery & Equipment, Oil & Gas, Process, Chemicals, Renewable Energy, R&D, Composites Plastic & Rubber and others.
